There are few other words to describe Greencastle’s current weather than unpredictable and temperamental. Sandwiched between torrential downpours and a few temperatures sitting low in the 60s, our summer forecast shows no sign of ending soon – not that anyone seems quite ready for fall anyways. As you walk around campus, girls are still wearing their shorts and sundresses, on the cooler days, jeans and cute tops. But what is the one thing the ladies of DePauw are not quite ready to give up? SANDALS.
I must say, this summer was filled with a wide variety of sandals – anything from your staple and simple T-strap, to sparkling gladiators, or your favorite cork wedges. Since people seem pretty set on not pulling out the Sperry’s and riding boots just yet, we figured we’d throw some sandal sales your way.
