Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Muffins

You don’t have to be a pumpkin lover to enjoy these muffins. Made with only three simple ingredients, this treat is bound to please any taste bud. The delicious chocolate accent turns any humdrum breakfast into a special occasion. Go on and try this recipe once, and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Ingredients:

– 1 15oz. can of pumpkin

– 1 regular bag of chocolate chips

– 1 box of spice cake mix

– 12 cupcake holders

Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Combine the can of pumpkin, bag of chocolate chips, and the dry cake mixture into a large bowl. Blend thoroughly. If your grocery store has cinnamon chips, add a handful of those as well for an extra cinnamon punch.

3) Distribute batter into cupcake holders. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until no batter sticks to a fork when inserted into a cupcake.

4) Serve cupcakes warm or cold, with a fat glass of milk.
