Now is the time of year, where it’s not quite summer anymore, but not quite fall yet. It’s summer in the morning, and fall in the nighttime–– how is a girl supposed to know what to wear? How can I celebrate the new season, but also not sweat when I step outside?

Convert Your Color Pallet

Any easy way to ~autumn vibes~ is through color palettes! Instead of a bright orange, try a more pumpkin or darker orange pair with a black jacket! Or, if orange isn’t your color, 1. I relate, and 2. try switching to darker purples or grays to match the weather! Transitioning colors allows you to wear what the weather requires, but also feed into the excitement of a new season!

Accessories are also a Great Way to Introduce Colors to Your Fall Fits!

With the current pandemic, masks have become a huge part of our lives. Its primary purpose is safety, but who says it can’t also be used as an accessory? For fall, try a muted orange or purple mask! Maybe even include a little jack-o-lantern moment! Another cute tip is to try and match your mask to your outfit. Any way to make the current situation fun–– I will take!

Pair Your Favorite Printed Skirt with a Sweater

Have a favorite summer skirt you aren’t ready to put away yet? Great news–– you don’t have to, not just yet! Try pairing an oversized sweater with a printed skirt! Not quite summer, not quite fall, but cute nonetheless!

Pair Your Favorite T-Shirt with a Muted Jacket

Functional AND cute! If it’s hot in the morning and cold at night–– throw a fall-esque color jacket over your shirt! This is an easy way to ease into the season without going full orange and black outfits!
