Trader Joe’s is the only thing to never let me down. I venture there like once a week as it is my grocery store of choice. Their frozen meals have saved my life and always have lots of healthy options. Pitch aside, here are some of my favorite things from Trader Joe’s:

Pecan Praline Granola

This granola is life changing. The perfect amount of sweet and crunch. It is hands down the best granola I’ve ever had. It’s perfect as a snack on go or to sprinkle over a fruit bowl or yogurt.

Riced Cauliflower Bowl

If. You. Do. Not. Have. This. Buy. It. Now. I have introduced one of my roommates to this bowl and now it has touched both of our souls. You can heat it up in the microwave, making it super easy and fast. It also is vegan, making it accommodating. The bowl has an abundance of fiber and protein filling you up for a low amount of calories. If you don’t buy anything else please buy this!

Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese

This is the perfect fall themed dish! To be honest, I taste absolutely no difference between this dish and regular mac and cheese. However, it gets me in the mood for fall! Again, it’s super easy to heat up in the microwave!

Triple Ginger Snaps

I love ginger snaps, especially in the fall when I’m really into spices. These are so cute and small, so you can eat like 15 and pretend you only ate one cookie. They’re also the perfect amount of spice and sweetness, sometimes ginger snaps can be too spicy for me. These are usually pretty mild!

Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry

This is a really good option of a low-calorie rice dish that also incorporates lots of fiber. Each serving is only 50 calories and it tastes pretty similar to other Trader Joe’s fried rice dishes. I usually pair it with some form of protein, like beans, or some vegetable gyoza.

Organic Pesto Tortellini

This is another one of my favorite pasta dishes. While, it cannot compare to a homemade pesto dish, it is low in calories for pasta and really convenient. I usually heat it up when I come home starving from night class and do not feel like cooking after a long day.

Harvest Chili

I’m currently trying to transition into becoming a vegetarian and this is a perfect dish to help! I love chili being that it is normally high in protein and can keep me full for awhile. It is also another perfect meal for a cold fall day when you just want to stay inside.

Mediterrean Hummus

I loveeee pine nuts in hummus as well as hummus in general. This is my favorite kind of hummus at Trader Joe’s and it seems to be a bit bigger in size compared to their other hummus products. I always eat a lot of hummus and this can usually last me a week. It’s also great for an on-the-go snack, or if you’re like me and snack while making food.

Tomato and Feta Soup

Another great soup for the fall and the winter during those cold days. Tomato soup and grilled cheese is a classic for the winter time, and this is one of my favorites. It is also quick to heat up but never tastes fake to me like other soups out of a can.

Spinach Tortellini

The last one of my favorite pasta dishes from Trader Joe’s. This usually lasts me awhile and is low in calories compared to other types of pasta.

Make sure you check out Trader Joe’s fall themed things before they’re all gone until next year! Plus, let me know what your favorite dishes from Trader Joe’s are!
