As D-Day gets closer (Friday, October 25!) it is time to get to know your artists!
First we have Hoodie Allen.
Just from my limited knowledge of Hoodie (his Spotify biography and Wikipedia), it is clear that Hoodie Allen is not your typical rapper. Steven Markowitz, who uses the stage name Hoodie Allen, is a Long Island native. Hoodie attended the Wharton Business School at Penn. He left a job at Google to pursue his dreams of a hip-hop career. With great beats and catchy vocals, Hoodie Allen will be a great time.

Second we have Matt and Kim.
Matt and Kim are great live. I can speak from experience; I saw them this summer in
Chicago at Lollapalooza. The hit duo has been together since 2004, comprised of Matt Johnson (vocals, keys, guitar, bass) and Kim Schifino (drums). Their music is unlike anything else on the market today. Their friendship and chemistry makes their shows unique with clever banter and jokes between songs, they were smiling throughout the entire performance. The upbeat songs promise a fun and unique D-Day!
