As we all know, Steph Curry made a surprise visit to campus on Thursday. (If you are a current Davidson student, and you don’t know…who are you?) As someone who has loudly and proudly been in love with Steph since I was 12, THIS MADE MY ENTIRE LIFE. I can legitimately die happy now.
I want to share with y’all my train of thought/live yak feed/photo montage of Curry’s return to Davidson College:
1) Well the man’s gotta arrive first
2) It’s insane how many people show up on such short notice
3) Oh wow. It’s starting to get real
4) Oh crap. Now I didn’t know it could get this real
5) When’s the last time Duke Family Performance Hall was this full?
6) But actually
7) Oh Happy Day! He arrives on stage
8) Just look at him. He’s staring into your soul. And it’s magical
9) *Speechless* (and hella creepy)
10) Meanwhile…
11) So obviously Steph loves me, right? You can’t tell from all the special attention he gives me?
12) HE’S SUCH AN AMAZING MAN! To use a popular expression: I can’t even. I really just cannot.
13) But the important questions? I guess I didn’t even go. Whoops.
