As I am sure most of you know it is once again the holiday season and during the holiday season a lot of decorating it done so you need a good playlist to keep you in the spirit. So I have curated a 3-hour playlist of Christmas and Winter related songs to keep you rockin’ around the Christmas tree.

White Winter Hymnal (Pentatonix version)

Alright, you cannot make a Christmas playlist without some Pentatonix. I’m pretty sure it’s like against the law or something no joke. Besides this one doesn’t involve Christmas so it’s just a good bop every winter.

Like It’s Christmas by The Jonas Brothers

“You make every day feel like it’s Christmas/ Never wanna stop/ Feeling like the first thing on your wish list”

All I Want For Christmas Is You by Mariah Carey

Again, pretty sure if you don’t put this song on your playlist the authorities will come and take you back to Area 51 where you clearly belong. Like who doesn’t put the Queen of Christmas on their Holiday playlist?

Santa Tell Me by Ariana Grande

This song is just too cute and poppy not too include we all wanna have some of that true love magic on Christmas but we’re all scared to get hurt so I very much relate to this. Plus it doesn’t put me in my feels quite as much with that killer beat.

My Favorite Things by Julie Andrews

“Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens/ Brown paper packages tied up with strings/ These are a few of my favorite things”

Mistletoe by Justin Beiber Ft Usher

We can all pretend that we didn’t have at least one baby Justin song that we loved but I refuse to disservice this song because I listen to it every year. I would rather call myself out than let someone else so I’ll admit it I probably know all the words to this song.

Mr. Grinch (Tyler, the Creator version)

I love any version of Mr. Grinch because if I was a vile person and someone wrote a song about how shit I was I would just act worse. However, I specifically chose the Tyler version for this playlist because it puts a spin on a classic Christmas song we’ve heard since we were little.

Christmas Conga by Cyndi Lauper

“Come on and hold my hips a little longer/ As we do the Christmas Conga,/ Bonga, bonga, bonga, bonga/ Do the Christmas Conga”

Jingle Bell Rock by Bobby Helms

The only explanation needed for this particular song is two very simple words. Mean. Girls. That’s it send tweet.

Santa Baby (Ariana Grande and Liz Gillies version)

We all want some pretty expensive things for Christmas and that’s what this song is about wanting things you can’t have. It may also be about a sugar baby asking her sugar daddy for things but it is like that sometimes.

Don’t forget to check out the playlist here !

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of the girls of HCCWU to you!
