Summer is right around the corner, I already have a countdown going on my phone like I’m sure the rest of you do. And if you are anything like me you, need some motivation to get through the madness that is finals week. Yes, the dreaded week that we try our hardest to ignore all semester. What a better way to motivate yourself for the freedom of summer than some wardrobe pieces and must-have items you can wear and use as soon as you turn in that last final (because let’s be honest, we’ve all been wearing sweatpants and oversized shirts for the past three weeks).
1. Suede Fringe Jacket
These have been fire in the fashion world lately. Celebrities have been wearing them everywhere from Choachella to red carpets. Having one of these in your closet will add some flare to any outfit you wear this summer!

These are full of instant fun (see what I did there)! What better way to capture all of your summer memories…then Instagram about them!

I will admit, this trend took a mintue to grow on me, but it has and I love it! Try them out and see what you think! They make your legs look amazingly long when you pair them with heels!
4. Neck Scarf
This is one trend that works in any season. It can take a plain white t-shirt to an upscale statement in an instant. Just pick a patterned scarf and loosly tie it around your neck. It’s a beautiful statement piece that is sure to turn heads in the best way possible!
5. Lace Up Flats
I’ve seen this trend from every fashion blogger I follow in Instgram, and trust me I follow A LOT. Everyone is slipping on a pair of these shoes with some worn out jeans and tees, and they look ah-mazing! Try them out yourself!
6. Hand Chain
The perfect accesory when you aren’t a huge fan of stacking bracelets! Find hundreds of styles on Etsy.com!
7. Bright Embellished Clutch
Sometimes a crossbody bag just doesn’t make the cut. Get your hands on a brightly colored clutch (embellishment is always a plus) and add some serious color to your outfit!
8. Statement Necklace
Now I know I said that scarves make the perfect neck statement, however, I’m not ditching some old fashion good neck jewelry. This piece adds some major sparkle to any simple ensemble.
9. Military Wrap Romper
Military green is a huge hit in the fashion world and every girl loves a good romper. Topshop has both of those things wraped into one, literally. This wrap romper is amazing comforatble and really good quality, trust me I own this item. Pair it with those lace-up flats we talked about earlier (and maybe that neck scarf too)!
10. Suede Skirt
And finally, the suede skirt. Suede is pretty much everywhere now, why not have it around your hips as a skirt?! Again, pair it with a tucked in white tee, a strong statment necklace and those amazing lace up flats!
