Finals are stressful to say the very least and if you’re a normal human being you most likely feel like this right now:

A huge part of your success this week will be coping with the unbearable amount of anxiety/stress/exhaustion/insanity you feel. Here a few ways to chill out.

1. Exercise 

Exercising is annoying important and proven to reduce stress, it also is a great way to clear your mind.

2. Eat Healthy

Even though you want nothing more than &pizza for every meal, try to sneak in a few fruits and veggies for brainpower.

3. Don’t Panic

This is not life or death people, everything is going to be okay (even though it doesn’t feel like it). Have faith in yourself, you’re more capable of this than you think.

4. Get Enough Sleep

Sleep will make or break you, don’t forget that.
