In this cold weather, at times it can be rather difficult to dress in a cute and presentable way, Tamarra Fernandez, however, has managed to inspire envy inside others for her ability to challenge the weather and still rock her outfits. Originally from Los Angeles, California, Tamarra is not used to the snow and below 20 degree weather, but she is still able to dress to impress.
Her style can be considered many things, and although she “dresses to fit in”, it’s apparent that she has an eye for what looks good.
