Post Spring Break Depression Explained by Jessica Day

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at CU Boulder chapter.

Coming back from your tropical, warm Spring Break is always hard. There’s nothing good on the horizon until school is out, which feels like a year away. Reality hits, it’s still cold, snowy and you have to get back to your responsibilities. Not to mention, your tan is going to fade soon. Sorry, hate to bring that up. To not deal with those feelings alone, we have Jess from New Girl to perfectly explain our feelings as we head back to the final stretch of school.
