Despite the high 80 degree weather, fall is steadily approaching. I know I am eagerly anticipating sweater weather, crunchy leaves, and Halloween (my favorite holiday). Below is a list of some of the best horror movies to transition you into the fall spirit.

Halloween (1978)

The Shining (1980)

The Babadook (2014)

Get Out (2016)

Scream (1996)

A Quiet Place (2018)

Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)

Saw (2004)

Rosemary’s Baby (1968)

The Silence of the Lambs (1991)

The Ring (2002)

Carrie (1976)

The Sixth Sense (1999)

Sinister (2012)

Grab some popcorn, a fuzzy blanket and get cozy. Fall is almost upon us!

I am a freshman at CU Boulder, but a true Oregonian at heart. I am very passionate about politics, especially women's rights issues. In high school I was Layout Editor, Copy Editor, and Staff Writer for my school's news paper, The Pinnacle. I am a huge tea drinker and if you ask my roommate, she'll say I have enough tea on my desk to supply someone for a lifetime.
