Finding a costume that fits your personality can be difficult, especially when it’s last-minute (I see you reading this the day before Halloween). Zodiac signs tell us a lot about ourselves, so why not choose a Halloween costume based on it? Whether it’s niche or something that you know you already want to be, here is my take on what each sign should wear this year. Spoiler: Cancer might just be my favorite, and this is all in good fun, so don’t take it to heart.

Aries, you are chaotic, but in a great way. The devil costume will fit both your fun and chaotic side, which will make your Halloween a night to remember. You could even switch this up to be a “fallen angel” and put your own fun, a silly twist on it. You know you want to.
2. Taurus – Katniss Everdeen
Taurus, you are so stubborn and so is Katniss Everdeen from “The Hunger Games.” Even though the first book of the series came out almost ten years ago, she is still iconic, just like you. She’s a character that people will instantly know and will show your stubborn, but honestly inspiring qualities.
3. Gemini – Duo Costume
As a fellow Gemini, I think that duo costumes are adorable. From ketchup and mustard to Mike and Sully, you can never go wrong with an iconic duo costume, especially for a Gemini, who embodies the twins and who are very adaptable. Find a friend, maybe even a fellow Gemini, and be a bit of a stereotype, because you know it’s true anyway.
4. Scorpio – Vampire
If I’m being honest, Scorpio’s reputation is a bit scary (not saying it’s true) but I think a vampire costume could be a great way to incorporate your sexy, dark side. And let’s be honest, if the Cullens from “Twilight” didn’t make you love vampires, then we need to talk. Plus, you can say “Bella, where have you been, Loca?” all night long. Worth it IMO.
5. Virgo – Beyoncé
Virgo, you are perfect in every way, which makes Beyoncé a perfect costume for you (plus, she’s a Virgo herself!). Her outfit in the “Single Ladies” music video is an unforgettable outfit that would stun any Halloween party that you’re attending.
6. Aquarius – Princess Anna
Aquarius, you love to have a good adventure — just like Princess Anna from “Frozen.” Dress it up or dress it down, anyway is good, maybe even convince your Gemini friend to be a Frozen duo with you and go as sisters Anna and Elsa!
7. Libra – Cher from “Clueless”
Talk about a throwback moment. Libra, you are kind and want the best for others, while looking good and sticking up for yourself at the same time. Cher from “Clueless” is a fashion icon and a great friend. Throw on a plaid skirt and your best ‘90s accessories, and you’ve got yourself a perfect outfit.
8. Capricorn – Shrek
Capricorn, you are fun-loving and love to laugh. Shrek will be a costume that will have people staring (in a good way). People love funny costumes and let’s be honest: Shrek is the funniest of them all. Get a white t-shirt, a brown vest, and some green paint, and you’re good to go.
9. Sagittarius – Strawberry
Sagittarius, you’re sweet like a strawberry, so why not dress like one? Get a red dress or oversized t-shirt, draw some black dots, pop on a green headband, and you’re good to go. A super easy and affordable outfit that’s perfect for Halloween.
10. Leo – Elle Woods
Leo, you’re a leader, which is why Elle Woods is a perfect outfit for you this Halloween. Plus, we all know you want to be the prettiest one at the party. Add a stuffed animal dog, and you’ll even have your own Bruiser Woods. I think her beret moment and pink fabulousness would be perfect for you this Halloween. Oh, and don’t forget to bend and snap.
11. Cancer – Boss Baby
Cancer, I say this with the most love, but you tend to be sensitive (deep breath here), which is why I think that the Boss Baby would be a great choice for you this Halloween. Obviously, this is more of a joke costume, but go any direction you’d like with it. People will get a kick out of it.
12. Pisces – A Mermaid
Pisces, your sign signifies a fish, so let’s do a cute fish! A mermaid costume would be adorable for any Pisces because it signifies who you are all while being adorable. Slap on a shell bra and a cute shirt or shorts and you’re now a magical mermaid. Step it up with a red wig and a fork and show everyone your voice if you really want to go classic Ariel!
