Hi ladies, since I’ve decided to figure out exactly what we can and can’t make at the UMC’s Alfred Packer Grill for this first blip of school, here are 4 different Pinterest burritos you can get right from the grill. Now, while this is similar to the salad list I made, you aren’t preparing this food yourself. Be patient and remember to articulate so the employees making your food know exactly what you would like.

 

Vegetarian Burrito:

Ingredients:

  1. White or whole wheat tortilla

  2. Spanish rice

  3. Black beans

  4. Veggies (the mix seems to depend on the day but is always yummy!)

  5. Guacamole

  6. Pico de gallo

  7. Corn salsa

 

Chicken Burrito:

  1. White or wheat tortilla

  2. Spanish rice

  3. Black beans (or refried beans)

  4. Chicken

  5. Queso (choose regular shredded cheese if you aren’t a fan of queso)

  6. Lettuce

  7. Pico de gayo

  8. Sour cream

 

Pulled pork burrito:

  1. White or whole wheat tortilla

  2. Spanish rice

  3. Pork

  4. Refried beans

  5. Veggies

  6. Cheese

  7. Lettuce

  8. Corn salsa

 

Beef Burrito:

  2. Spanish rice

  3. Beef (advertised as “taco meat”, tbh I preferred when they called it beef)

  4. Veggies

  5. Cheese

  6. Guacamole

  7. Pico de gayo

 

Fun fact: you can ask for a side of chips with your burrito and have it count towards your meal swipe!
