10 Fall Favorites from Trader Joe’s

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at CU Boulder chapter.

The leaves are changing colors and the weather is cooling which only means one thing…fall is finally back at Trader Joe’s! As an avid Trader Joe’s shopper, fall is without a doubt my favorite time of year to grocery shop at Trader Joe’s. There is truly no better feeling than seeing all of the fall flavors hit the shelves. From cult-favorites to new products, there is something for everyone. Check out my list of my top ten favorite fall finds at Trader Joe’s!

Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese

I countdown the days until I get to see the butternut squash mac and cheese back on shelves. As a personal and fan favorite, it never disappoints. Make sure you grab a box before it’s too late!

Pumpkin Bread and Pancake Mix

Trader Joe’s has mastered its recipe for pumpkin bread and pancake mix. It’s light, fluffy, and does not have an overwhelming pumpkin flavor. It is almost too easy to eat the entire loaf in one sitting.

Pumpkin Butter

As someone who is not the biggest pumpkin fan, I was definitely reluctant to try this at first. But, I am so glad I did. Pumpkin butter has become a staple in my pantry during the fall. Try it on toast, crackers, or even fruit!

Pumpkin Ginger Hold the Cone! Mini Ice Cream Cones

I absolutely love the mini ice cream cones from Trader Joe’s. They make for the perfect small treat, and the pumpkin ginger flavor is no different. They are filled with pumpkin ice cream and have a gingery cone. These deserve a place in everyone’s freezer.

Pumpkin Bisque

If you are a pumpkin lover, you will love the pumpkin bisque. It is the perfect quick and easy fall dinner to enjoy on a brisk fall evening. I always have one of these cans in my pantry.

Spiced Cider

It could be argued that spiced cider is the ultimate fall beverage, and I would not fight anyone on that. The spiced cider from Trader Joe’s lives up to the hype. Definitely my go-to cider during the fall.

Rustic Apple Tarte

The rustic apple tarte is back! All you have to do is warm it up in the oven and throw some ice cream on top (obviously!) and you are good to go! It’s by far the easiest and tastiest frozen dessert I have had in a very long time. You can’t even tell it’s frozen!

Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli

First of all, YUM! My roommates and I made these ravioli the other night, and they are amazing. They only take minutes to cook and make for the perfect (and inexpensive) fall dinner night with friends!

Honeycrisp Apple Scented Candle

Who said fall at Trader Joe’s just had to be food-related? The honeycrisp apple scented candle is constantly burning in my house. It smells just like an apple orchard!

Maple Oat Beverage

It felt only right to finish the list with my favorite milk product this season. I like to add a splash to my coffee each morning for the perfect fall pick-me-up. It is so much better than the flavorless alternative.

As you can tell, Trader Joe’s takes the fall season and flavors very seriously. No matter what your dietary restrictions may be, Trader Joe’s definitely has a fall item you are bound to fall in love with.
