I’ve admittedly been slacking on listening to anything new– I’ve been channeling my inner middle-aged man and playing a lot of Rush– but that’ll change very soon once Noah Kahan’s new album comes out! I have been LOVING Porch Light!

This month has me listening to a whole ton of new music- there have just been so, so, many great releases this month! Staying on our  UK minimal house kick we’ve been on since January, I have been loving Max Dean’s “Talking to Myself”, an 8-minute long track that starts with the sounds of waves crashing into the shore, and takes you on a journey! I also have been listening to Chris Stussy’s new 19-track album Lost, Found, & Forgotten. Released on April 3, this is an album that is introspective, reflecting on the past present and looking forward to the future. My favorites are “Tryna find a way”, “Fantasy” featuring KUCKA, “Mesmerized” featuring Jessica Care Moore, and Side to Side, although it’s hard to pick just a few because the album is truly so incredible. I have also heard snippets of Raye’s new album and especially love “life boat,” which reminds me of Fred Again & The Blessed Madonna’s “we’ve lost dancing.”  All these tracks have made me incredibly excited for summer!

I’ve been loving Raye’s new album as well as the new music Noah Kahan has been releasing!! His album comes out on Friday and I am so excited for what TikTok has been calling “sad girl summer”. He’s one of my favorite artists of all time so I am super excited!
