Footloose: A re-make from the original classic, the new Footloose gets real spicy (sounds like a Cro dance!) when a city kid named Ren MacCormack moves to a small town where rock ‘n’ roll and dancing has been banned. Through his rebellious spirit, he shakes up the dancing world and brings it back to life.
 
 
Twilight: Breaking Dawn (Part 1): Whether you’re Team Edward, Team Jacob, or Team Anti-Twilight, the most anticipated film of the series is almost here. As Edward and Bella become expecting parents, tensions rise as the unborn child poses different threats to the wolf pack and vampire coven. 50/50: Want to lighten the mood?This interestingly combined tragic/comedy, inspired by a true story, falls into the world of a 27-year-old guy who learns of his cancer diagnosis and struggles to beat the disease with the guidance of his best friend.
 
 
Puss in Boots 3D: As much as you’d like to deny it, we all know there’s a wide range of Shrek lovers out there. The beloved character Puss in Boots has finally made his solo debut which uncovers his life story leading up to his meeting with Shrek and friends. Sound awesome already? Well, don’t forget it’s also in 3D!

Danielle is a sophomore at Connecticut College and is currently pursuing a double-major in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies. Danielle began writing for the Connecticut College branch of Her Campus in the fall of 2011 and will continue to write this year as Editor and Campus Correspondent. Danielle has traveled all over the world and continues her love for other cultures and languages through her studies. Besides traveling, she loves to sing and dance - especially as a member of Miss Connduct, an all-female A capella group at Connecticut College. In general, Danielle loves sushi, goats, traveling, and Star Wars/Lord of the Rings.
