As fall quickly approaches, now’s the time to dig into your cozy closets and start off this fall season fresh with the top ten fall fashion must-haves. Take a look and we’ll show you how to stay warm and stylish this fall season!

1. Scarves

Everyone knows one of the best ways to accentuate an outfit is to throw on a cute scarf. Shades of nudes, greens, and browns add a lovely contrast, but don’t be afraid to wear bright colors too! Reds, purples, and dark blues add pop to any outfit.

2) Layering

Sad you won’t be able to wear your cute summer dress or tank tops anymore? Don’t worry, you still can! Dressing in layers is a cute way to combine your best pieces together while staying warm. Even a classic turtle-neck will look fabulous underneath. Try wearing a sweater over a dress, or pair up with a denim jacket.

3) Hats

Whether you’re having a bad hair day, going out with friends, or headed across campus to class, a cute hat is always the answer. Classic beanies, berets, and bomber hats look great – especially when paired up with a nice scarf.

4) Metallic/Silver

This fall season metallic/silver accents are a must. It may seem bold, but why not show off a new side? Try wearing leggings paired with short boots and a loose sweater. For a more sophisticated look, wear heels and a fitted top. Now you’ll be ready to stand out at any party!

5) Sweaters

Throw on a cute sweater and you’re set for the day. Fitted sweaters look best with jeans or pants, whereas oversized sweaters look great with a pair of leggings. Don’t forget to add a scarf or necklace on occasion!

6) Boots

Keep your feet warm and stylish with a nice, classy pair of boots. Add a pair of tall socks for extra comfort and style. Tall boots look great with denim jeans and leggings. Don’t forget rain boots – You’ll never know when it might decide to rain, so be prepared!

7) Blazers

For a more polished or classy look, blazers add just the right touch. Figuring out what to wear for a class presentation, or campus event? Throw on a blazer and you’ll be business-casual & sexy.

8) Stripes

The iconic Parisian/sailor look is always fashionable and extra hot for the fall season. Stripes give a sophisticated look you can’t go wrong with. Pair up with leggings and add a long necklace for a finished look. Don’t forget to check out striped accessories too!

9) Nail Polish

Spruce up your nails with great fall colors – use dark purples, browns, greens, and silvers. Neutral colors work great too, even light pinks or grays. No need to spend money on a manicure (we’re college students, can’t afford that!) Instead, have a girls night and paint each others nails – this way you can save money, and have fun!

10) Leggings/Tights

Patterned tights and comfy leggings look great with long shirts and dresses. They can also be pretty sexy too, so don’t be afraid to show off your curves! Pair up with flats or boots to complete the look. For a special occasion, wear heels – it will make your legs look tall and slim!
