Every fashion lover has held a fashion magazine in their hands and felt like they were holding a portal to another world. We love getting lost in the images and words, in the dreams and designs and learning more and more about a world so coveted and watched.

Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle magazine graze the shelf in every local convenience store. They provide an amazing look into fashion, have incredible features and are famous for a reason. However, when looking at something as broad and ever changing as fashion, these magazines only skim the surface.

Like getting over an ex, it’s time to try new things. As we know, fashion is all about leaving your comfort zone. Here are five  fashion magazines you need to know about if you don’t already.

Yes, they are all influential in the fashion or art industry in some way, but truly great interviews and stories come out of Paper each season. It’s a quick read, but a must.

Each of these mags have something different to bring to the fashion industry. Pick up a copy and feel yourself transported to that familiar dream world. XOXO
