Even if Black Friday does not guarantee outstanding deals at every store, nothing beats the thrill of waking up early, facing the crowds, and working off Thanksgiving dinner by jogging from store to store in hunt of the perfect holiday gifts (for others or for yourself, I don’t judge!). Don’t know where to start this year? Here is a list of five stores bound to have great deals.

1. Madewell

Although typically high in price, Madewell’s clothing and accessories live up to their name, lasting wash after wash and season after season. In years’ past, the popular brand has taken 25 percent off all items, both in-store and online. This year, the discount is rumored to be the same, with the added bonus of gifts with purchase for Insider members, including candles, fuzzy socks, and beanies. Not a Madewell Insider? It’s free to join, so sign up to get those Black Friday savings.

2. ASOS

With a wide variety of brands, prices, and sizes, ASOS is one-stop shopping for any type of clothing or accessory need. While college students can receive 10 percent off any purchase with a valid school email address, Black Friday offers even better savings. In 2017, the online retailer increased its typical 20 percent discount, taking 30 percent off all items including brands such as Free People, Adidas and Ted Baker. This year, the discount is likely to be the same 30 percent, so get ready to stock up on all your winter essentials.

3. Victoria’s Secret PINK

Known for giving out free gifts every year on Black Friday, PINK surely will not disappoint. This year, the lingerie and loungewear brand is offering 40 percent off pajamas and free slippers with select sleepwear purchases. Those who are Angel cardholders can score even more deals, including first access to a free tote and other exclusive discounts. Don’t hit snooze this Black Friday; these deals are worth waking up for.

4. Amazon

Don’t feel like leaving your couch, or even waiting until Black Friday? Amazon’s got you covered. Their deals have already started, with some discounts equalling or even surpassing those seen on Prime Day. Notable bargains include one Echo Sub and two Echos for $250 (an $80 savings!) and a Fire HD Kids Edition Tablet for $90 ($40 off). Family members may also be interested in savings on security camera systems from brands such as Ring and Blink. This Black Friday, turn on a movie, grab a hot chocolate, and take your time browsing Amazon’s hundreds of offers.

5. Bath and Body Works

Everyone knows that candles, bath soaps, and lotions make some of the best gifts for friends, family, or even yourself. Stock up on holiday scents including Fresh Balsam, Cinnamon Caramel Swirl, and Frosted Coconut Snowball while getting great deals. Although details of this year’s savings are still undisclosed, shoppers can expect a similar experience to 2017, in which the brand offered a $25 tote containing over $100 worth of brand-new goodies with any $30 purchase. Some deals will be available online, but head to a store for the best selection and prices.
