Puffed Shoulders: Puffed sleeves can help to make a statement in your outfit, and looks great on shirts and dresses. It also adds a more feminine touch, and is great for parties during the day.

Neon For this trend, I had a harder time getting on board just because neon seems so bold; however, when matched with the right bottoms and for the right occasion, wearing neon is bound to bring in lots of compliments.
