If you’re going through a breakup, you are experiencing SO many different emotions from anger to sadness to a newfound confidence and everything in between. Music is a great tool to help work through these different emotions and make you feel a little less alone. Here is a list of current and throwback songs that will hopefully help :)

Lauren is a Sophomore at Colby College originally from Barrington, Rhode Island.
