Looking to make a simple, but delicious snack in a matter of minutes? Look no further! My rommates and I have been obssessed with these pita chips. We usually eat them all immediately, just so tasty. It’s a simple recipe and takes only about 10 minutes! Ready? Here you go:

Things you will need:
pita bread (whole wheat for a healthier snack)
olive oil or olive oil spray
crushed red pepper
salt
cookie sheet

Step 1: preheat oven to 450 degrees
Step 2: rip pita bread into chip-sized bites
Step 3: coat cookie sheet with olive oil
Step 4: dip pita bread lightly in olive oil or spray pita bread with olive oil
Step 5: place pita bread on cookie sheet (chips can be touching)
Step 6: sprinkle salt and crushed red pepper to taste
Step 7: put in oven for 4-6 minutes (until golden brown)
Step 8: let cool and then eat!

Delicious with hummus! Let us know how it goes!
