The symptoms are here: you’re tired, burned out, and ready for Thanksgiving Break. You have a bad case of the mid-semester blues. Maybe you feel a little like Leslie Knope when she fell into the pit.

But never fear! Parks and Rec and Her Campus CNU are here to help you get through the rest of the semester with flying colors!

Start with the love of your life – Chipotle. And, I mean, your SO is probably okay too if you have one.

Then get to work! Drown out the noise around you with 5-hour Energy headphones.

If worst comes to worst, treat yo self to some crafting time with Martha Stewart paints and glitter pens as a way to channel your energies into something fun!

…Or just throw your crafting supplies into the air like Andy. Yeah, that’s cool too.

Make sure you’re not neglecting yourself in all the fuss of the semester! Spruce up your hair with some TRESemmĂ© hair products, sooth dry and stressed out skin with Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Swivel Sticks, and, if you’re up for it, experiment with NYC eyeshadow.

We all know that the stress of the semester can push your immune system to the limits, so if you do get sick, Cold-EEZE QuickMelts have your back.

Last but not least, make sure to spend some time just relaxing with friends between study sessions. Sure, college is about learning, but it’s the memories you make with your fellow Captains that will stick with you long after you receive your diploma.
