I don’t think there has been a time when I haven’t seen a smile on freshman Keya Varia’s face. She is currently a Computational Biology major interested in studying medical device and 3D organ engineering to ultimately help her learn how to make models genetic mutations and diseases.
This major may already sound like a lot of work, but you can always see Keya making time for dance and choreography sessions with her friends. As a co-captain for the on-campus co-ed Bollywood Fusion Dance Team CMU Sahara, she enjoys the chance to not only enjoy time to be creative but also lead others on her team to enjoy the atmosphere of dancing. Even in her free time, she loves to dance and create new moves through the art of Bollywood Fusion which allows for a blend of different dance styles.
