Leaving the recipe below and wishing you all a wonderful weekend ? • • White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Banana Bread?? Wet: 3 spotty bananas 1/4 cup coconut oil melted and cooled 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/3 cup almond milk 2 eggs (or sub flax eggs but it will be less fluffy) Dry: 1 cup gluten free baking flour (i use @bobsredmill) 1 cup almond flour 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder Extras: – Sliced banana – 2/3 cup macadamia nuts -1/2 vegan white chocolate bar (i use brand @ichoc_vegan_chocolate) Preheat oven to 350F and grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper. This is probably one of the most photographed meals on all of instagram ? BUT I’ll have you know that this is the very first time I’ve ever made sweet potato toast!! That warrants a post, right?? ☝? . . If you’ve never done it, it’s fairly easy & a fun alternative to regular toast — just slice them pretty thin, toss in avocado oil then roast @ 375 for 30ish min, flip halfway through! Haven’t tried it in an actual toaster ? I topped mine with mashed avocado + 2 soft-boiled eggs + a ton of seasonings ? Super yummy! Hope y’all have a great WEEKEND my loves!!! I’ve got the itch to bake + cook, so hopefully I’ll have some fun things to share! #foodfitnessandfaith #sweetpotatotoast #healthyeats
