It’s Monday Meals with Monica! I love salad. And no, I’m not talking about that boring green lettuce with a slice of tomato and maybe a few cucumbers. You got to be creative! Add more variety. Add nuts, seeds, cheese, veggies, etc. Here’s some options for you to add.
