Snacks are great to have on hand, especially as a busy college student. Not only are they great to have in-between meals, but they are also convenient in moments where you may be in a rush or aren’t feeling too hungry but still want something to eat. While snacks can sometimes have a negative connotation, they can also be healthy too.
Here are some snacks that I have been really enjoying this semester:
1. Fruits.
Fruits have definitely been a favorite of mine recently, especially with the weather getting nicer. Some fruits in my current rotation are apples, grapes, strawberries, and clementines. Not only are they light and tasty, but they are great alternatives for when you’re craving something sweet.
2. Trader Joe’s Dried Mango Slices
The dried mango slices from Trader Joe’s have also been a favorite of mine for years now. While fresh mangos are amazing, these are almost just as good! This is worth trying if you haven’t already!
3. Hummus and Crackers
Hummus and crackers tend to be a combination that I always come back to time and time again. There are so many different flavors of hummus and crackers to play around with and try together!
4. Chips
I know chips may not be the healthiest snack to have, but sometimes you just have to treat yourself and enjoy a bag of chips! The type of chips that I tend to gravitate towards tend to change depending on my cravings and mood, but Flaming Hot Cheetos, Baked Ruffles, and Doritos are always good staples to have.
