1. He dated Olympian Aly Raisman in 2017.

2. He played for the NFL on the practice squads for the Philadelphia Eagles, the San Diego Chargers, and the Oakland Raiders. He also played in some preseason games for the Chargers in 2014.

3. He has a successful cystic fibrosis foundation called The Colton Underwood Legacy Foundation.

4. He has been on three different Bachelor Nation shows, including Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette, Bachelor in Paradise, and is currently starring in The Bachelor.

5. He dated Tia Booth, contestant on Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season of The Bachelor, prior to going on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2018. Booth was also on season 5 of Bachelor in Paradise where the two got back together but eventually broke it off after the fourth week.

6. He loves dogs. He has a black lab named Sniper and a German Shepard named Thor.
