Julia Bond: Eccentric! I am really good at pairing colors you wouldn’t normally pair together. I don’t think my style fits into any genre that is out there now; I am not cookie cutter at all. My style is modern but with a twist.
HC: What are your wardrobe essentials?
JB: A boxy short-sleeved top and a staple necklace. I usually pair the two together.
HC: What are your go-to colors?
JB: BLACK! It goes with everything but I also really like shades of blue and green for that added pop of color.
HC: What are your fashion no-no’s?
JB: Uggs! They just don’t look good on anyone. My other no-no’s are white lace up grandma gym shoes, sweatpants and Crocs.
HC: What is your favorite clothing piece in your closet?
JB: For winter, my cobalt blue jacket and for spring, my black knee high gladiators. I haven’t worn them yet but they are everything!
HC: Who is your fashion icon?
JB: Solange Knowles! I love the way she uses color and her silhouette is amazing.
HC: What is your fashion motto?
JB: “Don’t over do it”
