It’s definitely the season of Teyana Taylor, Kanye West’s breakout star for his video Fade. Very few people knew of Teyana before her star debut in fade but she’s not new to the entertainment industry by far. Teyana has starred in My Sweet 16, signed to Pharrell’s Star Trak Entertainment label at just 15 years old, choreographed Beyonce’s “ring the alarm” routine, Signed to Kanye West G.O.O.D Music label in 2012, and her album VII was no.1 on Billboard Charts for top R&B/Hip Hop Albums.
After Kanye West’s Fade video debuted at the VMA’s starring Teyana’s amazing dancing in minimal clothing, Teyana SZN became in full effect.
Teyana was featured as one of the models in YEEZY 4 show, Freestyled on the track Champion, Released her own shoe with Reebok, Is on the current cover of Paper Magazine and now is doing FADE2FIT a body transformation program inspired by her performance in the fade video. If the world didn’t know about Teyana before, they definitely do now. I can’t wait to see what she takes on next!
