Hometown and Your Favorite Thing About It:

Mifflinburg, PA. My favorite thing about my town is all of the wonderful festivals that we have and the close-knit community you get from being a small town.

Area of Study and How You Chose It:

I am studying Studio Art because I have always had a creative side and a different way of thinking about the world. I love to create art because I know that it came from me and the things that I am inspired by.

Favorite Book: Inkheart by Corneila Funke

Favorite Movie: Currently, Brave!

Favorite TV Show: Friends

Favorite Musician/Band:

I’m more of a whatever-is-on-the-radio kind of girl. I think it’s silly not to like a song just because its popular. If it has a good beat and lyrics I can sing with then I’m good!

Favorite Food: Chicken Caesar Salad

One Thing Most People Don’t Know About You: I think I’m a princess!

Extracurricular Activities/Jobs: Athletic and Fitness Center Manager

What will you be doing over winter break? Working at the AFC and cuddling with my puppy and kitten!

What is your favorite thing about December? My birthday! Haha, but really my favorite thing about December is Christkindl, the German Christmas Market my hometown has every year.

Name one class you took this semester. What did you like most about it? Ceramics. I love pottery because of the true sense of accomplishment you get from it. You start with a lump of clay and make it into something that is entirely your own.

Do you have a favorite winter treat? Mint Hot Chocolate and Christmas cookies

Childhood Dream Job: Photojournalist for National Geographic

Current Dream Job: Own my own bakery!!

What do you love most about being a Chatham woman? I love the way Chatham women believe that they can achieve anything and are incredibly supportive of their fellow Chatham ladies’ goals.
