Year: First Year

Hometown and Your Favorite Thing About It:
Washington Pennsylvania; I love how quiet it is compared to Pittsburgh!

Areas of Study and How You Picked Them:
Environmental Science and Women’s Studies: I picked Environmental Science because it’s become such a broadening field, with everyone “going green”.  I picked Women’s Studies because I was inspired after watching Miss Representation.

Favorite Movie: Tangled

Favorite TV Show: A Haunting

Favorite Musician/Band: Fall Out Boy

Your perfect Friday night: Anywhere with my wonderful bf Victor <3

You can get a hand-painted, customized pair of sneakers for free. What do you want the design to be?
Words that make a statement: GO GREEN! SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT! REDUCE, RECYCLE, REUSE, REPAIR! Etc.

The best part of being an RA:
I know what events are coming up ahead of time, which is really cool.

Your favorite part of living Chatham’s sustainable mission?
Attending events that involve sustainability, i.e. the furoshiki event with the Sustainability coordinator Mary Whitney.

Favorite spot on campus (any of the three campuses) and why:
I love the pond! I feel lost in Narnia when I’m by the pond.

You can go anywhere in the world for free! Where do you go?
Egypt; I’ve always wanted to see the pyramids for myself.

What would you most want to win a lifetime supply of?
Hugs

Favorite TV character from childhood:
CatDog

Elementary School Dream Job:
Forensic Pathologist

Current Dream Job:
Environmentalist focusing on how harmful chemicals affects women’s health.

Why you chose Chatham:
I love the environmental aspect of it, it’s in the middle of Pittsburgh, and everyday I’m exposed to another new culture. It’s really the perfect match for me.
