New Shows to Look Forward to This Fall:
- Code Black Wednesdays at 10:00 CBS – Based on a documentary about the busiest ER in America, Marcia Gay Harden plays the Residency Director in charge of handling all of the chaos. - The Man in High Castle November 20th on Amazon Prime – Amazon released the pilot last year, and due to the high ratings, the rest of the season was ordered and is set to premiere this fall. The plot explores a world in which the Allies lost World War II and Germany and Japan won. This is a must see for fans of historical fiction and sci-fi.
- Red Oaks Available Now on Amazon Prime – A coming of age story set in the 80’s. What more do you need to know? 20-year-old David Meyers gets a summer job at a country club in New Jersey during which time he becomes more and more unsure of his future. Yes it’s a cliché premise, but give this one a chance.

Emma Roberts stars with the likes of Jamie Lee Curtis, Lea Michele, Keke Palmer, and Nick Jonas. This has high potential for being your new favorite guilty pleasure.

Based on his own experiences, Ansari says it’s very personal; he even recruited his real parents to play his parents on the show. Executive produced by Mike Schur (“The Office”, “Parks and Recreation”) this is something to get excited about.
- Angel from Hell November on CBS – Jane Lynch returns to TV as Amy, an eclectic and possibly insane guardian angel of Allison Fuller, a career driven dermatologist. The two strike up a friendship as Amy promises to guide Allison in the right direction.
