I know all you Tar Heels are enjoying the greatest spring weather of almost 80 degrees in Chapel Hill right now! (I’m jealous …) Unfortunately, it’s chilly in Paris. But that doesn’t necessarily mean Parisians only stick to thick coats and parkas. Here is some gorgeous street fashion I found in Paris!
