It’s Fall Y’all! Ten Reasons Why Fall Is, by Far, the Best Season

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chapel Hill chapter.

Ah, fall. The leaves are falling, and I’m falling too — as in, I’m falling in love with the best season of ALL TIME. Here are 10 reasons why you should love it (the most) too!

Pumpkin Spice

Two words. That’s all I have to say about that.

Pumpkins, pumpkins and more pumpkins.

I promise this isn’t all about pumpkin-related things; I just really love pumpkins. What can I say?

Sweater WEATHER

I love a good sweater more than just about any other piece of clothing, and believe me when I say that I will be the first to break them out, as soon as a touch of cold weather is within reach.

LEAVES, LEAVES EVERYWHERE

I want to jump into a pile of leaves. Can I, please?

Colder Weather

I’m a sucker for cold weather, and I am here for the fall temperatures the great North Carolina brings.

Boots

Similar to sweaters, boots are another staple item that I cannot wait to break out as soon as it’s cold.

One step closer to CHRISTMAS

MY FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR!

On a more realistic note, one step closer to HALLOWEEN!

Yes, much more realistic for this time of year, I know.

Also, THANKSGIVING ANYONE?

I want all the Thanksgiving food, please.

It’s the best season of FALL.

Pun intended.

It isn’t Christmas, but it sure is the most wonderful time of the year — and that’s the TEA.
