Her Campus Saves The Day with #HCSurvivalKits

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Chapel Hill chapter.

March had just dawned on us.

The air, cool and crisp, curled around campus like a clingy lover. From the UL to Davis Library, Tar Heels gathered together on one accord: To cram half a semester’s worth of material in a matter of days.

But, as spring break loomed before us, the energy on the campus lulled. There was a palpable sense of defeat as lethargic students slogged from hall to hall. Then… something amazing happened.

Ever the humanitarians, Her Campus National sent aid to revitalize students. As part of the spring break #HCSurvivalKit, National partnered with sponsors to deliver:

·      Chipotle BOGO cards;

·      Mini LUNA bars;

·      Her Campus sunglasses, stickers, pens and koozies;

·      Not your Mother’s Hair Care Purifying Shampoo;

·      Completely Bare Beauty sample wax packs;

·      SABRE pepper gels;

·      The Intern’s Handbook by Shane Kuhn; and

·      Simon & Schuster’s Dirty Rush by Taylor Bell

The kit was a godsend in the middle of UNC’s hell week. Not only did it boost morale among weary collegiettes, it gave them some TLC-to-go for their imminent vacays! Many thanks to her Campus National and their awesome sponsors, and follow us on Twitter for details on our finals kits @hercampusch!
