Canterbury Christ Church Fresher’s Fair was amazing this year and there was so much to see. Here are our favourite bits just in case you missed them!
Sports Societies
CCCU has a lot of sports on offer when it comes to extra circular activities and they all showed up for this year’s fair.

With so many sports to choose from it can be a hard choice but it was clear to see that all the societies welcomed new students with open arms. With Paintballing, Netball, Football (English and American) and Lacrosse all on the bill this year we are positive you will find the one for you!
Businesses
With Freshers Fair being one of the year’s most important social events it’s not surprising that many businesses turned up for a piece of the action. Handing out vouchers and freebies to the new students, who could say no?

Harry Potter and Doctor Who
If you are a Potter Head or a Whovian then CCCU has you covered with both having their own societies!
Religion
The university also has societies dedicated to the religions of the world with both the Christian Union and Islamic societies showing up on the day!
It has to be said that this year’s Freshers Fair was one of the best we have seen! We hope all of you lovely students had a brilliant time picking the societies you wanted to join and if you didn’t sign up to any there is still time as all societies are on Facebook for you to contact.
