Questions

How are you liking uni so far? University is amazing, it is finally letting me discover myself, who I am and really care about what I want in life, Before I just accepted what I was given and the people around me but now I can choose where and who I want to do things with and to be honest, I’ve uncovered more about myself than ever before.

Is there a big difference between your life before uni and now?Yes and no, the looking after myself and thinking more about the next step is a major change as I’m only relying on myself to move forward but in my free time, or doing what I love I have not changed and I’m still chilling, eating food and surfing the internet at home.

Why did you choose your course?I’ve always had an obsession with Psychology and especially the criminal mind, and choosing this course has helped me to follow this path and discover more about where I want to end up in the future.

Have you got a rough idea of what you want to do after uni?I want to go into the policing business but not sure about what sector to work in.

How was Fresher’s week for you?Awesome, I had a great time at different events and spoke to a wide variety of different people, I do wish that I could have spent some of the time with the friends that I have now.

Any advice for next year’s Freshers?

Go crazy, it’s only for a week and it is a chance to meet people and feel freedom for once, be safe but have fun.

Any embarrassing/funny stories to tell so far?Where do I begin, well one story was when a friend and I went out for the night and as we were… attempting to walk home somehow we ended up falling into a bush and completely lost, we managed to get home and when there felt a bit hungry and decided to make some pasta, very messy pasta that went all over the oven and kitchen, but as messy as it was it did taste really nice. We fell asleep on the sofa after that.

Extras

If you could do anything, what would it be?Squiral jumping thingy, where you have that suit that makes you glide through the air.

If you could meet anyone, who would it be?BENIDICT CUMBERBATCH… in a completely normal sense.

Inspirational quote:Be the change you want to see in the world.

Any hidden talents?I can play piano and drums, can draw… pretty good, as good as Bear Grylls at surviving outside as from scouts I can make fires, tents and other useful skills, good swimmer, decent runner and been practising singing, dancing and acting for several years, so I’m decent.

Best quality:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Honest and will always help you find your way no matter your circumstances.
