Keep track of your hectic schedule with this reusable dry erase calendar made out of paint swatches. This super cute and easy DIY project will add a fun pop of color to any wall. And the best part is that it is only costs about $6! Whether you choose a simple frame or a more elaborate one, your this calendar will add personality to any room.

What you’ll need…

  • A large 12″ x 16″ picture frame of your choice
  • 35 paint chips in a variety of colors
  • Tape, glue, or any adhesive
  • Scissors
  • A ruler
  • A dry erase marker

Step One: Open your frame and take out the paper. The white side will act as the background for your calendar.

Step Two: Measure a paint swatch with the ruler and cut both sides to 1 3/4″

Step Three: Use your cut paint chip to measure and cut the other 34 swatches.

Step Four: Make sure you cut scraps into rectangle to use as labels for the days of the week.

Step Five: Lay out and affix your cut squares to the board. You can play with the color combinations and mixtures to your liking.

Step Six: Secure them to you background paper with your glue or tape.

Step Seven: Once secured, place it inside the frame.

Step Eight: Use your dry erase marker to label your calendar. The glass acts as a dry erase board so you can customize and change your calendar as you please.
