Makeup isn’t just about covering blemishes or hiding  under-eye bags. If you love makeup like I do, you understand how magical it is when you do your own make. For me it’s about the feeling that you have when you are applying it. We have a bunch of different brands, prices and types of makeup to choose. Who never bought something expensive and regretted buying it latter, because it didn’t work for you or the color didn’t you or you just didn’t know how to wear it? If you hadn’t been there  yet, you’ll some day! HAHAHA So, let’s talk about the products that for me are spectacular, the ones that are really worth spending money on.

So, I selected my top 5 favorites beauty products to share with you.

Diorskin Forever Foundation

The Diorskin Forever Foundation is for sure the best foundation for those have oily skin – like me. It has FPS 25, so it’s great to wear during the day. The duration is long, the coverage is medium/high, it gives a flawless touch to your makeup. The best part is that it’s waterproof. Its quality is really amazing and it preps your skin for all the other products to come over it.

You can find in any Sephora or in their store itself, the price is a bit expensive, it costs $50 dollars but it’s worth the money cause it lasts for a long time, so you don’t need too much product to have a perfect finish.

Nars radiant creamy concealer

The Nars radiant creamy concealer is the best concealer I’ve ever worn. It’s super pigmented,  it gives you an amazing coverage, hides the blemishes in one swipe and at the same time that it covers the under eye, it also highlights the area.

If your skin is dry it would be better to apply a moisturizing before because even though the texture is creamy, it sticks and stays in the skin. You also can find this product at any Sephora near you, it has 16 different shades and the price is $30 dollars.

MAC Soft & Gentle Mineralize Skinfinish

This one is, for sure, one of the make up bloggers favs, every beauty lover has one of this. It lasts for an eternity because you only have to apply a little bit. Its champagne colour is perfect because it looks beautiful in any skin colour. You can find it at MAC stores and it costs $33.

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer

The first time I heard about Smashbox was because of this primer. Everyone was using it, so I thought I’d give a try and I loved it. Its texture is light and velvety, it still features vitamins A and E, grape seed and green tea extract in the formula, all to smooth the skin and give a light moisturize. It decreases the appearance of the pores, smoothens the tone of the skin and leaves it with an ultra silky texture. Works for all skin types, from oily to dry. You can buy it at Sephora and it costs around $49 dollars.

Original Beauty Blender

For me this is the most wonderful creation in the world of makeup. You can apply everything with a beauty blender: primer, foundation, concealer, creamy blushes, bronzers and highlighters, or even to apply powder. You can use it dry or wet, but I prefer to use it wet because the blending is much better. Of all the sponges I’ve tested, this is by far the most soft and the least absorbing product. If you are really into makeup andwear it every single day, this tool will make your life easier. You’ll find it onat Sephora and the price is $20 dollars.

As you can see, I’d rather invest my money in products for my skin than eye or lip products  because I think there are several products for eyes and lips that are amazing and you don’t have do spend a lot of money on them.
