Everything is different in your head and in reality.

Expectation 1) I will pay attention in every class and note everything the teachers says.

Reality: Actually, I might just take a 10 minutes nap, go to the bathroom, drink some water and chat with everybody… I will figure later.

Expectation 2) I will go out every weekend, drink, party and create amazing memories with my friends.

Reality: Saturday night? Netflix and pizza.

Expectation 3) I will read every book the teachers recommend and are mandatory. Wisdom comes from reading.

Reality: Internet will have a summary somewhere. I will read when I have time.

Expectation 4) I think I will wake earlier, so I can dress up and look nice.

Reality: Sweatpants and t-shirts every day. Sleep health in the first place.

Expectation 5) I did awful in this test… I will go home and check my mistakes

Reality: I did awful in this test… I will go to the bar and make myself feel better, will someone join me?

Expectation 6) I think I did great in that test. I studied hard and solved all the questions

Reality: I got questions 1,3 and 5 right! I will pass and that is enough.
