What’s your strongest memory with the Team?
When we got our own coach last year, because we used to ask the boys coach to practice with us before 30 minutes before their practice. So getting a coach for the girls only, was a big improvement.
How close are you with your teammates?
We are very close. We are always trying to make plans besides the practices and games, so we go out, celebrate birthdays together. It’s like big Family (laughs).
In which way being part of the team has changed your academic experience?
When I got in the team we didn’t have a lot of the girls there, and the team structure was very week. But me and the other girls that joined the team last year saw a big opportunite of growth. So me and the captain of the team (also PR student) started applying concepts that we learned in class of how to organize a company on the team. Making it more organized. My dialogue skills improved a lot! Besides all the friends I made during this period.
How’s JUCA’s preparation so far? Anything special?
Now we practice twice a week, and we are having games during the weekends so we can be prepare for JUCA this year. But we also focusing in others Championships as well, the Paulista Confederaion Cup and others.
Predictions for 2016?
As this year is my last one in the team, my expectations are very high! (laughs) We hope the team keeps growings as it’s been from last year!
