Dora is reluctant to take care of the boy, but in the end she try to help the kid find his father that he never got to know.

The main characters have the same precarious living conditions, but follow different ways and philosophies. It is interesting to see the contrast between Buscapé, a favela resident, a photographer, Zé Pequeno, also a favela resident, an ambitious and evil drug dealer, and Bené, also a favela resident and a drug dealer, but he is wiser about some decisions.
