The application also lets you track your performance before and after each exercise, the total amount of meditation time and each new goal achieved. The program has 19 meditation free options and some of them you have to pay for, priced between $0.99 and $1.99. To use it, you must have an internet connection.

Focus Keeper Free : Work & Study Timer

Price: Free

This trains your brain to focus for short periods and helps you to stay on top of deadlines or constantly-refilling inboxes. Focus Keeper does just that, and it also easily sets and tracks your pomodoro goals for the day and see how long will take until you're rewarded with that longer break. Plus, it has a "getting started" tutorial and helps you get going quickly.
