Halloween. The candy, the tricks, the treats, the costumes and the Halloween specials. This year I decided to embark on memory lane and watch the shows that creep me out when I was a child. So, for those of you who will be spending the 31st at home here are 4 shows to re-watch to get that full Halloween spirit.
4, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody – “The Ghost of Suite 613” (2005)
speaking to the dead, the haunted suite and Esteban’s creepy voice when he became possessed. Yeah, 8 year old me was terrified especially since I first watched this episode in the dark.
3. SpongeBob Squarepants – “Scaredy Pants” (1999)
SpongeBob with his brain and eyes popping out should not be shown to children under the ages of 6, just saying.
2. Boy Meets World – “And Then There Was Shawn” (1998)
The. Creepy. Happy. Music. need I say more? TBH after re-watching this, the music STILL creeps me out.
- Courage the Cowardly Dog – Any episode honestly
This series was just scary in general. Honestly, some episodes were plain out creepy, not even watching the show in broad daylight could make me less scared. Even today as a 20 year old I find a lot of the episodes slightly terrifying.
