- What made you choose to go to Cal State Los Angeles?
Cal State L.A. was the only place that accepted me.. Just Kidding!
The location and its connections to the industry really influenced my decision to come here. The program here is more geared specifically towards what I want to do, which is entertainment news reporting. It’s something that’s fun and you get to meet new people everyday!
- What does your daily routine look like?
Weekdays: I wake up around 9:45, get a cup of coffee, with extra cream and sugar! I then get my news from The View and Wendy Williams, then hit the gym, come back and get ready to head back out to school. I have class until about 9:50pm then head to work from 11pm-7am the next day, then start it all over again! I work from Wednesday through Sat! Those are my excruciating-long days! Although it’s not all that horrible because I get to pretty much chill at work, since I work at a hotel as the front-desk clerk.
On the weekends…the same thing, minus going to school! On Sundays, I wake up around 12 or 1pm, get up and have a big breakfast, rest day, hang out with friends, Sunday Fun-days, get a drink, watch a movie, hangout, and of course come back to watch all my Sunday night shows like Real Housewives and the Simpsons!
- Where do you see yourself in five years?
That’s funny because I had a teacher, a long time ago, and she made us write what we thought we wanted to do and she gave our letters back to us 5 years later! But, I do want to be healthy, alive, successful, I don’t want to limit myself, I’ll just take it day by day, I don’t want to put expectations on myself. I just plan to take the opportunities that come my way and just do it.
- What qualities do you look for in a significant other?
They have to have a very very good attitude, like to laugh, and definitely like to eat, outgoing with a touch of shy at times/here and there. Of course they have to be cute! JK, no but really.
- Where is your favorite place in the city?
My favorite place would be around the Hollywood area. There’s so many things you can do or see. You can go out and see celebrities, like one time I saw Britney Spears at a restaurant in Sunset Bld. You never know whom you’re going to run into. Like one time I even saw Lady Gaga, which was like whatever cuz I’m not really into her. There’s no exact place that I usually go to, its usually just random places and timing!
- What hobbies do you have outside of your major?
I like to go out and eat a lot but only foods that I’m familiar with but I do like to try different varieties of the same dish from different venues. I collect Simpson’s memorabilia collectables. I have tons and tons of Simpson’s collectables! I own most of the Simpson’s on DVD!
- Favorite artist?
Britney Spears! I like how she makes songs, music and puts everything out there and I think now she is at the point where she doesn’t care what the haters say, she always makes her way back and will put it out for her fans. I like how she doesn’t do it for the fame/fortune but just for herself!
- Favorite song?
Womanizer by Britney Spears! Because that was kind of her come back song after she went crazy and she came back as Britney 2.0 and came back as the amazing original Britney!
- Pets?
I used to have a black mixed Chihuahua. His name was Bruno! He passed last year and yes, we did bury him in the backyard. I probably am not going to get another pet anytime soon.
- Something interesting about you?
I met Britney Spears! And I can fold my ears inside my ears!
