This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Cal Poly chapter and does not reflect the views of Her Campus.

Sitting at a cafeteria table, a campus burger in hand but an In-n-Out burger in mind: this was the exact setting first-year Cal Poly students Efe, Gavan, and Zayne—majoring in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering, respectively—found themselves in during Fall Quarter 2024. Knowing they were not alone in their desire to have easier access to off-campus comfort foods such as In-n-Out, these three innovative first-years decided to act. Soon after, their business Bring-n-Out was fulfilling students’ desires across campus.

Bring-n-Out works simply: students open the website, select the items they’d like to order (In-n-Out Double-DoublesⓇ, Animal Style fries, or CostcoⓇ cheese pizza), check out no later than 4:00pm on Sunday, and wait until 6:00pm on Sunday when Bring-n-Out delivers their order to Vista Grande. Since Bring-n-Out being started just a few short months ago, this simple concept has been effective and impactful, satisfying students’ cravings for the familiar foods they can’t get on campus. Bring-n-Out’s founders want people to have good food to power their studying and are committed to “Bringing the best bites to Cal Poly SLO.”

Though Bring-n-Out has only been operating for a short time, it has seen great success and student satisfaction. Initially just delivering In-n-Out Double-DoublesⓇ, the positive response to Bring-n-Out’s services allowed them to start offering In-n-Out Animal Style fries and CostcoⓇ cheese pizza. Bring-n-Out even brought CostcoⓇ pizza to Her Campus Cal Poly so we could get a taste of the joy Bring-n-Out is delivering to campus. As of now, they are looking into the logistics of expanding their services, including considering the next food items to add and the potential for more delivery times. Students can get more information and access their services by visiting their website or Instagram @bringnout. Orders are placed on the website and their Instagram reminds students when to order and when to expect their delivery. For all Cal Poly students who have ever found themselves dejectedly eating a burger from Vista Grande and wishing they held a classic In-n-Out burger or slice of delectable Costco pizza in their hands instead, Bring-n-Out understands and they are here to make that vision come true. So open their website, follow their Instagram, and start counting down the days until Sunday comes around again!
