5 Reasons Why Insomnia Cookies Should be Your Next Fix

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Cal Poly chapter.

In San Luis Obispo we have it all when it comes to fulfilling our sweet tooth: any kind of ice cream you could want, amazing donuts, fine dining dessert and now, Insomnia Cookies.

Insomnia Cookies, an east coast original, has made its way to Chorro Street and here’s why it’s our new obsession.

1. Cookie flavors galore

While Insomnia Cookies has some deluxe cookie flavors, they don’t skip on the basics. They have the classic chocolate chunk, m&m cookies, double chocolate chunk, double chocolate mint, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter chip, snickerdoodle, sugar and white chocolate macadamia.

If you are feeling like you need something other than the classics, they have a special line of mouthwatering deluxe cookies such as, chocolate peanut butter cups, smores and triple chocolate.

2. Insomnia is open until 3 a.m.

There’s no other place in SLO you can get warm cookies at 3:00 a.m. You can get a warm cookie or maybe some ice cream to break up your late night cramming sesh.

Because it is close to many different living communities, it is the perfect location for all student’s needs.

3. Cookies right to your front door

Say goodbye to trudging out of your house to curb your late night cravings. Now you can have warm cookies delivered right to your door.

You can get these delicious cookies delivered an hour after they open, 9 a.m on weekdays and 11 a.m. on weekends, until 3 a.m.

4. Cookie Sandwiches

Trust me, we know, sometimes a cookie alone isn’t enough to make it through your night of studying. Insomnia Cookies created the “Wich,” which is an ice cream sandwich that  can be made with any combination of cookies and ice cream. Feel free to get creative and get two different cookies to make a perfect, mouth-watering creation.

5. Birthday Cakes

Insomnia will be your new go-to party snack with boxes of your favorite cookies and cookie birthday cakes. At your club events, on-campus presentations and even your “Bachelor” viewing party you can now have Insomnia Cookies!

We are all busy college students trying to balance literally everything, and now Insomnia Cookies has come to make life just a little bit tastier.

To place your order today visit https://insomniacookies.com or head into 22 Chorro Street.
