Do you want to host the perfect wine and cheese night? I mean really, who doesn’t, right? I am going to provide you with all of the staples to this perfect evening, but feel free to spice it up in your own way!

Invite List

Who do you really want to join you at this cheese night? I would start by making a list of your close friends, then make a group chat of who they think should come as well. Remember though, invite only who you really want to!

Wine

Are you a red or a white kind of girl? Personally, I am red all the way- besides Prosecco, obviously. I would provide a bottle of both, but then tell your friends to bring whatever they like to drink as well. Trader Joe’s has a great selection of wine for under ten dollars! One of my favorite red blends is Apothic Red for about $10!

Cheese

The most important part, duh! Let’s talk about dairy, baby. These three kinds of cheese are ones you seriously cannot go wrong with. First, brie. Everyone loves brie. Find me someone who doesn’t, and then I will take it back. Second, manchego is a Spanish cheese that is phenomenal. I always eat way too much of it when it is around me. Third, goat cheese is another major staple!

Add-ons

Usually when people make a charcuterie board, they include a mixture of fun things. Personally, I love olives, so I always have them. You could also add grapes, salami, prosciutto, dijon mustard, and more. Really whatever feels right to you! Also, don’t forget a mixture of crackers, so your guests have options!

If you have your wine, charcuterie board, and friends you should have the perfect wine and cheese night!
